I acknowledge a working relationship with Max Reeder for my personal, spiritual and professional growth, and agree to the following:
My ultimate health, wellbeing, and life choices are my responsibility. I acknowledge that Max is sharing from his own experience and knowledge, which while extensive, I know he is not a certified physician or nutritionist or licensed physical or mental health professional, and that all health related information he shares are for entertainment purposes only and that I am ultimately responsible for any and all choices I make regarding my health decisions, diet, medical treatments, physiology, psychology, substance use and life choices. I understand that Max has never recommended any use of illegal or psychoactive substances in any context and hold him harmless for any and all of our interactions that may or may not have occurred related to our sessions, his content, and any life decisions I make related to working with him.
Regarding advising and consulting, I recognize that my work decisions are my responsibility. I acknowledge that Max is sharing his thoughts and feedback based on his work and life experience, and that all decisions to use, apply, and integrate his advice in my professional endeavors are my choice and my choice alone, and take full responsibility for all of my actions and decisions in these matters.
Regarding personal advice, life coaching, spiritual growth and healing, I recognize Max has my best interests at heart in what he shares, advises and recommends. As with the other categories, I recognize that Max is doing what he can to support me, and serving as I have requested. As with the other categories, I take full responsibility for all of my actions. Given the personal nature of certain types of deep healing work, I exonerate Max from all consequences of our interactions, and hold him harmless for all our interactions and their effects on me.
Given the sensitive nature of this work, I understand that Max will maintain professional confidentiality for me and our sessions, and that I will offer him this courtesy in kind. Given his teaching work, I acknowledge and agree to information from our work being used in his teachings, provided my name is not affiliated with the content as it is delivered without my written approval.
Given our discussions on self-mastery, while many self-mastery topics have not yet been recognized by the legal systems, I acknowledge that the ultimate cause and effect of all decisions, actions, consequences, factors, probabilities, and influences for all of my thoughts and decisions are entirely my own, and take full responsibility for being an individual with free will. Enforceable spiritually if not legally - or at least not yet - I hereby ask my higher self to guide all interactions and scenarios with all of my teachers and guides, embodied and not embodied, to serve my highest good and highest personal and spiritual evolution, and that at the highest spiritual levels I have chosen, asked for and decided to experience all of the experiences of my life.
I understand Max has taken oaths to not harm or control others, and that he has surrendered his free will regarding these matters, and will not seek claims or damages against him regarding our work.
My decisions to use or apply any materials from Max are my own responsibility, including the review and sharing of materials, and that I hold Max harmless for any and all uses of said materials or results from our work, in perpetuity, especially as I acknowledge my responsibility to use, apply, deliver and supervise the work of my company and professional endeavors.
I honor this agreement in free will and am grateful for the opportunity to evolve spiritually, grow personally and professionally, and help humanity’s spiritual evolution.
